2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following general conditions:
- Your request must be made within the specified timeframe for the product or service category
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number)
- The product or service must meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined for its category
- Your request must be submitted through our official refund request channels
Please note that meeting these general conditions does not guarantee a refund. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the specific criteria for the product or service in question.
3. Digital Products and Subscriptions
E-Books, Training Programs, and Digital Guides
For one-time digital product purchases (e-books, training programs, digital guides):
- Refund Window: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Eligibility Criteria: The product must not have been downloaded more than once, and you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
- Refund Amount: 100% of the purchase price if all criteria are met
Premium Content Subscriptions
For recurring subscription services:
- Refund Window for New Subscriptions: 7 days from the initial subscription date (applies to first-time subscribers only)
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, but service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- Eligibility Criteria: For refunds within the 7-day window, you must have accessed the premium content no more than 3 times
- Refund Amount: 100% of the first subscription payment if all criteria are met
Online Courses
For online course purchases:
- Refund Window: 30 days from the date of purchase
- Eligibility Criteria: You must have completed no more than 25% of the course content and provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations
- Refund Amount: 100% of the purchase price if all criteria are met
4. Physical Products
For physical merchandise (clothing, equipment, accessories):
Return and Refund Conditions
- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.)
- Refund Amount: 100% of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) once the returned item is received and inspected
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs)
- Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Soccer Insider
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for physical products within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and exchange request details
- Return the original item following our return instructions
- Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product
- If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
5. Refund Request Process

- Provide Information: Include your order number, the date of purchase, the specific item(s) you want refunded, and the reason for your refund request

All refund requests are reviewed by our customer service team. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received and another notification when a decision has been made regarding your refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
Our refund processing times are as follows:
- Digital Products: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Physical Products: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Subscriptions: Refunds for eligible subscription cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your statement, while other payment methods may vary.
7. Refund Payment Methods
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for the purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
- Other Payment Methods: For other payment methods, we may issue store credit or process the refund through an alternative method if the original payment method cannot be refunded
In certain circumstances, we may issue refunds in the form of store credit or gift cards, especially if the original payment method is no longer available or valid.
8. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
The following items and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards and promotional codes (except where required by law)
